Valentino R. Kabenge is using the power of Latin and Ballroom dance to help you celebrate love on your wedding day. What a way to honour love than with a dance genre that's tender, sensual and classy. To amplify this new offering from ValRich Arts, Valentino was selected to represent the dance fraternity at the Bride and Groom Xpo, the biggest wedding expo in Uganda organised by Vision Group.
This is the first time the expo is highlighting dance as a unique form of art that can be used to celebrate love. This event is slated to hold from 29-31st July at UMA show grounds, with each evening show having special opening performances from the Dance with Valentino team at 7pm each evening.
"I cannot wait to demonstrate how stories can be told through dance and to give dance stories a new twist," Valentino, who is a professional Latin and ballroom dancer & choreographer shared.
Valentino's passion for dance first hit the limelight in 2018 with Rema's hit single 'Touch my Body'. In early 2020, he featured in Winnie Nwagi's famous music video, Jangu, which has since scored millions of views on YouTube and other streaming platforms. This success inspired the creation of 'Dance With Valentino', a TV series that was aired later that same year and early 2021. This past year, he has been abroad sprucing up his art, firstly in South Africa and most recently, with one of the famous dance studios used by Strictly Come Dancing, the Oti Mabuse Dance Studio, in the UK.
